For SLA prints, they will have all supports removed, parts will be cleaned and fully cured before shipping. All that is needed is assembly and painting.

For FDM prints, supports will usually be included with the package as they are not required to be removed for cleaning as the SLA supports are. Post processing of FDM prints are the removal of supports and optional sanding of the surfaces depending on what surface you are after.

Ideally .stl, but any 3D CAD file is fine as they can be converted to the correct format

There are many sites the have free 3D files for download. Simply link us the file you are after. We do not currently offer 3D modelling.

The raw materials used for SLA printing are more expensive than FDM materials, and the post processing done by us with SLA prints takes additional materials and time to complete.

It depends on the size, smaller prints are printed and shipped in 1 to 2 days. Larger prints can take multiple days to print, so lead times vary from print to print. A lead time estimate will be provided with all quotes.

All prints are safely packed and posted through AusPost from Melbourne Australia.

Shipping within Australia takes approximately 1 week, outside of Australia takes approximately 2 weeks.
